Frequently asked questions
What exactly counts as a "development task"?
New features, bug fixes, API integrations, dashboards, automations — anything that fits in roughly 4 hours of focused work. Bigger requests are broken into multiple tasks so you can review in between. We align on scope and your tech stack during onboarding.
How quickly do you start on a task?
I pick up the first task in your queue within one business day. Average turnaround is 1–4 business days depending on complexity and your plan. Tasks larger than 4 hours are split up beforehand.
What does "revisions within scope" mean?
Adjustments within the original task description are always included — until you’re happy. Changes that extend the scope (adding new functionality) count as a new task in the queue.
What if I need less in a given month?
You can cancel any time, monthly. There are no long-term contracts. If you restart later, a one-time €500 re-onboarding fee applies and availability depends on capacity. If full, you join the waitlist.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the monthly invoice is paid, all intellectual property transfers to you. This is written into the terms. You have full access to every repository.
How does billing work?
Monthly, invoiced in advance, payable within 14 days by bank transfer. In your first month I offer a satisfaction guarantee: if I don’t deliver demonstrable value, you get your money back.
Do you work with my existing tech stack?
I work with modern web technologies: React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, C#, Umbraco CMS, REST and GraphQL APIs. During intake we discuss your stack and confirm it’s a good fit.
I’m not in the Netherlands — can you still work with me?
Yes. The model is async-first, so timezone overlap of a few hours is plenty. Most communication happens through the shared board. I invoice in EUR.
